Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
• 7 + years of Core Java experience
• 5+ years of Agile experience
• 3+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of CoBBRa ArGENT (Drools Rules based) development and integration experience
• 3+ Years of HLP Framework (Unified Framework) experience
• 1+ year of Compass development experience
• 3 + years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI and/or Angular JS)
• 3 + years of experience with business rules management systems such as: Ilog, Jrules, Blaze, or Drools
• 3+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 3+ years of PL/SQL experience\

Desired Qualifications:

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 5+ years of IBM ODM (Rules) experience
• JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience
• 3+ years of Hibernate experience
• Exposure to Wells Fargo CoBRRa (Collaborative Business Rules Repository Application)
• Knowledge and understanding of technology rules engines
• SQL experience
• Oracle experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Pega
• 1+ year of IBM BPM experience

Other Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of home lending experience
• 2+ years complaints management experience
• 3+ years of GEM (Global Event Management) development experience
