The core responsibilities of this role will function as a critical member for an agile development team focused on Mobile, Tablet and Desktop delivery for retail Brokerage customer solutions. This member will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Product Owners to design features and prioritize tasks.
- Assemble releases and drive UI improvements through Sprint release processes.
- Provide actual and direct UI development for agile team as an individual contributor.
- Work with other Tech Leads in Scrum through Scrum processes for purposes of system stability and adhere to and guide agile delivery solutions through applicable Architectural and Security patterns.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
- 9+ years of Java experience

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Knowledge and understanding of multithreading concepts
- 9+ years of J2EE experience
- MS SQL server experience
