Primary Skills
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with partner applications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Engaged with Architects to understand process flow, provide suggestions based on business requirements.
- Participate in Cross function issue triage and help localize issues and help the technology team to understand and resolve the problem.
- Review Technology development and perform acceptance testing by simulating multiple scenarios.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
- Provide system dependency inputs to project managers.
- Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project milestones.
- Creation of project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint preferred.
- Experienced in working on the data analysis using a tool such as SQL Server client and Toad, mongo compass and mongo 3t.
Additional Skills & Experience:
- Experience preferred in Insurance and financial services operations and business process knowledge.
- Experience preferred data privacy, data management.
- Experience preferred with the following technology: SQL, Toad, Mongo Compass
- Experience preferred as a member of a second or third level technical service support team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business Application development and business analysis
- 7+ years of business intelligence experience
- 4+ years of experience in using SQL, data profiling
- Good skills with Excel, Sharepoint.
- Working skills of JIRA
