Job Description:

  • Project expense subject matter expert as it pertains to IT and Digital project cost
  • Main point of contact for questions related to project expense questions from FP&A, Accounting and all other business segments involved in applicable projects
  • Lead monthly project update meeting with team to assist BAs in planning process
  • Assist IT Director with Committee meetings, presentations and ad hoc request
  • Taking the lead on new processes and projects and work independently until completion
  • Help drive efficiency across team and help standardize processes and automation
  • Demonstrates innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions and project
  • Serves as primary contact and technical advisor to clients
  • Thorough understanding of design, requirements and specifications of software applications and projects. Knowledge of PMLC and SDLC
  • May serve as advisor for lower level IT Business staff
  • Follows established standards as well as software development and project management lifecycles
  • Understands business needs, processes, nomenclature and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements

  • Proven leadership abilities including ability to share knowledge, resolve conflict and create consensus
  • Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions

  • Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize
