This position is responsible for technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and/or supporting applications for the IBA infotech office. The employee participates in the development of solutions using technical expertise for day-to-day problems to include maintenance, modification or development of complex inter-related applications/solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with nine credit hours in programming and one year of experience in business application consulting or development; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
•  Experience in developing business, functional and technical process flows, data flows, and workflows.
• -Experience in creating business and functional requirements; organizing, translating and simplifying requirements; and communicating requirements to project teams and project sponsors.
• Experience participating in project teams using political acumen, tact, and diplomacy to document and address workflow and process inefficiencies, system and technical requirements, and system dependencies.
