Technical Freshers for the role of US IT Recruiter role
Requirement :

Experinced: 0 - 6 Months

Must have good communication and written skills.
Must be technically sound and good in aptitude.
Candidates must be comfortable working for US shift ( 6:30 PM-3:30 AM) MON-FRI

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for IT requirements.
3) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
