Job Description:
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages, including Java.
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
Responsibilities will include the creation and execution of detailed test scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements (Including manual and automated testing environments).
Assist QA Leads/managers in planning/developing a test plan which includes regression testing
Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving defects
5+ years of relevant IT/quality assurance work experience, including 3+ years in Quality Assurance with a thorough knowledge of software development life cycle principles and quality assurance processes and methodologies, as well as 2+ years of hands of experience with automated test tools such as Gherkin/Cucumber using JAVA.
Knowledge in testing of middleware services is preferred.
Experience in large, complex system implementation projects.
