• Writing technical and narrative reports as required by funding agencies
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience/Education:

• Require post-baccalaureate credentials or a bachelor's degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience may be substituted for the advanced degree on an exceptional basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience and initiative to manage projects and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in policy, public administration, transportation planning, engineering, business administration, or environmental science preferred
• Familiarity with alternative fuels, advanced transportation technologies and related state and federal policies related to air quality, climate change and energy security concerns is very helpful in this position
• Experience working in the transportation industry with fleets, fuel providers, technology vendors, or manufacturers are preferred
• Marketing and/or event planning experience
• Fundraising experience
• Grant writing experience
