Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead teams with best approaches to deliver the business needs
• Suggest solutions and work with the Architecture team to overcome impediments
• Work with all stakeholders to make sure delivery timelines are met with meeting all guidelines and process and procedures
• Creating custom applications using visual force and Apex programming language
• Writing triggers using Apex to automate data updates and business processes
• Integrating with other backend systems and various integration patterns applicable to Salesforce
• Integrate web services including SOAP, REST standards, security models and typical API client architecture
• Using additional API techniques such as Salesforce bulk, streaming and metadata API
• Work with team for end-to-end strategy for code management
• Object Model updates as needed to enhance the application with new functionality
• Active participation in Sprint planning to discuss the business requirement in detail with stakeholder
• Performing bulk data imports and exports using data loader
• Analysis of production data to identify the flow leveraging Salesforce Einstein analytics
• Managing territories and data visibility using sharing rules and automating territory rules runner to ensure record sharing based on territory
• Ministering proof of concepts for complex business needs
• Migrating data from legacy systems considering Salesforce data migration best practices to migrate and validate data on destination org
• Design & planning for execution of the environment strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with Visualforce, SFDC APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, or any development IDE, SOAP and REST techniques
• 2+ years of experience with various Web standards such as Javascript, HTTP protocols, AJAX, XML and JSON
• Understanding of CSS, XLS, repositories (SVN/CVS/GitHub)
• Fundamental understanding of basic system development methodologies
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor’s limitations and knowledge of working around them
• Java Development
• Proficient in writing
• Understand Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Ability to manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
