Responsibilities:

• Work with companies on-site and remotely to project manage their deployment of Oracle HCM.
• Manage ArcLight and customer teams through major phases and milestones within a deployment.
• Monitor progress, status, risks, project financials and work efforts.
• Work with consulting team to continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP certification or in process of obtaining is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Oracle HCM Cloud, Fusion or EBS experience and proven management of Oracle HCM deployments
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Project skills
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
