Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS

  • Leads development, documentation, and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to create information security awareness throughout the organization
  • Monitors and routinely audits compliance to all information security procedures and policies, and ensures consistency of internal controls
  • Providing in-depth subject matter expertise for engineering support related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, and develop test cases for software/hardware testing and develop test evaluation reports for stakeholders
  • Observes changes in local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards affecting information security, and makes recommendations on the need for policy changes
  • Provides oversight and ownership for intrusion detection and response
  • Assists in system and software architecture and design to ensure that assets are appropriately secured at all times
  • Manages and/or performs risk assessments and penetration tests
  • Manages Identity & Access Management services including identity creation, access governance, role management, user provisioning, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
  • Meets or exceeds customers’ expectations while creating a seamless experience by understanding how the Security Senior Manager role, team goals, and daily activities fit into Lowe’s and IT strategy the company vision
  • Works cross-functionally to manage and organize work processes and ensure the most efficient workflow

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, OR related field
  • IT experience in the retail industry
  • Strong experience leading a team of Engineers working in a large matrixed organization
  • Experience working with third-party IT vendors and/or systems solution providers
  • Experience in the following: CA Identity Portal, PAM technologies, Provisioning/De- Provisioning
  • Cloud Certifications for AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Strong and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of full life-cycle software engineering practices including coding standards, testing, source control management, and operations
  • Knowledge and experience with cryptography and computer security
  • Experience working with cryptographic systems such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Engineering experience in PAM service solution
  • Strong knowledge of vaulting network devices using CA PAM
